Welcome to VineCrate! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and subscription services. By subscribing to VineCrate, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

1.1. Subscription Plans – VineCrate offers monthly wine subscription plans with options for random selection, country-based selections, or type-based selections.
1.2. Billing Cycle – Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prepaid plans for 1, 4, or 12 months are available.
1.3. Auto-Renewal – Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.
1.4. Payment Methods – We accept major credit and debit cards. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1. Shipping Areas – We currently ship to [List of Available Locations]. Some restrictions may apply due to alcohol regulations.
2.2. Delivery Timeframes – Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days after billing. Delivery times may vary.
2.3. Adult Signature Required – You must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your region) to receive deliveries. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
2.4. Lost/Damaged Packages – If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation requests must be made before your next billing cycle.
3.2. Refund Policy – Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
3.3. Gift Subscriptions – Gift subscriptions are non-refundable and will not auto-renew.

4. Wine Selection & Availability

4.1. Product Availability – Vine selections are subject to availability. If a wine is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equivalent alternative.
4.2. Tasting Notes & Pairings – All tasting notes and pairings are recommendations and may not reflect individual preferences.

5. User Conduct & Compliance

5.1. Legal Drinking Age – By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
5.2. Prohibited Uses – You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to resell products without authorization.
5.3. Account Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

6. Modifications & Termination

6.1. Changes to Terms – VineCrate reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
6.2. Service Termination – We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. VineCrate is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2. We do not guarantee that all wines will meet your personal taste preferences.
